I'm looking to find someone to take my room in a large house in Los Altos starting around March 25th (end of winter quarter!). I've been with this house for about a year now and I love the people who live here; I'm just looking for a smaller place now.

Summary:

• $1190/mo in rent, $150 in utilities ($1340/mo total -- though utilities may be going up, not sure)
• 9bd/4ba (you will be sharing the bathroom with 2 guys, both of whom are neat and tidy -- we have never had any problems)
• Great location near Tesla, SAP Palo Alto, Stanford, Google, and other major employers
• Right in charming downtown Los Altos, near Safeway, Tin Pot (ice cream!!), and more. VERY safe area!
