Looking for new roommate starting in January - southwest Menlo Park

Hi! We are a group of graduate students looking to fill our 5 BR/ 3 BA home in Sharon Heights (Menlo Park) right by the 280 and fifteen minutes from Stanford’s campus. The house is totally furnished and utilities are included! Except internet, but that's the only extra fee. All you would need to do is move-in. Our home is close to a lot of VC firms, and the neighborhood is very quiet and comfortable. The move-in date would be in early January (before Stanford’s Winter quarter starts), and can go till August. And if you have a compelling reason, the rent can be somewhat negotiable.

We are looking for ideally students but open to anyone, as long as they’re clean and respectful towards other roommates. Roommates are super respectful and easy to work with, but pretty busy with school. We are looking for someone also respectful and not too loud. Chores are do-your-fair-share or collaborated.
