Looking for one more housemate - $1200 private bedroom 2 miles from SU

We are a group of 4 friendly Stanford male graduate students and looking for one more housemate to share an awesome house 2 miles from Stanford. The house has 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom and is situated at 139 Walter Hays Drive. Rent is approximately $1200/month, and we have the lease until June 2017. We are looking for a housemates who would be able to take on the full lease period and would be able to move in asap.
