My friend and I are Stanford graduate students looking to live in a 4br/3bath duplex in Redwood City. The rent is $3200/month without utilities. The place has a washer/dryer hookup, garage, front yard and backyard, spacious living area. Move in date would be June 1st or late May, but we need to submit the rental application by May 13th.
