Looking for one roommate for a four bedroom apartment

Looking for one roommate for a four bedroom/two bathroom apartment, ideally for a year long lease for 9/1. We're in Inman on the Somerville side, a two minute walk to Whole Foods and around the corner from Lincoln and Perry Parks, close to many cafes, bars and restaurants.

The apartment is fairly large and well set-up including the open bedroom. There's central air and a dedicated washer and drier in the basement. The bedroom is roughly 11 x 10 ft. in size. The current roommates are a male instructor at Harvard Extension, a female lecturer at MIT, and a German male working at a lab. Ideally, we would add a female for a mixed household. We value keeping the place neat and are respectful of one another. We tend to have our ow lives but hang out for an occasional dinner or time out of the house. We're looking for someone with a similar vibe.

The landlord is responsive and the upstairs neighbors are nice and respectful.

The room is $925 without utilities (roughly $100/month). The 12-month lease would begin 9/1.
