Looking for responsible roommate/ Big Brother type person

I'm looking for a responsible person as a roommate for my 25 year old son in an apartment I own. You would have your own bedroom and walk in closet in the large (like 700 square foot) apartment.

My son is a marvelous person who has ADD and executive functioning issues. Sort of typical failure to launch guy. He completed 2 years of college and now at BCC. Your under market rent would include checking in with him occasionally and reminding him about projects due. He likes to use a big wall calendar. I think a great candidate would be a student in psychology, social work or someone interested in that who is working full or part time. Definitely be a good communicator. He doesn't do drugs or alcohol so please don't either.

The house is near Bushrod Park between Telegraph and Shattuck. Transit corridors are Alcatraz, Telegraph and Shattuck. The place is in between the Ashby and Rockridge Bart Stations.
