[Looking for Room] 25M Incoming BU Robotics Grad Student - Budget $1k-$1.4k - Sept 1st Move-in

Hi everyone! I am an incoming Robotics and Autonomous Systems (R&AS) graduate student at Boston University starting this September. I'm looking for a room for a one-year lease starting around September 1st, 2026.

What I am looking for:

Type: Private bedroom in a shared apartment.
Location: Within walking distance of BU's Charles River Campus (up to 25–30 mins), or in areas with easy transit access to the Green Line / 57 bus (Allston, Brighton, Brookline, etc.).
Budget: $1,000–$1,400 per month (flexible depending on utilities).

A little about me:

25 years old, from Chile.
Clean, and respectful of shared spaces and quiet hours.
Easygoing and communicative if any house issues come up.
Non-smoker, no pets.
I like reading, and excited to explore the city.
