Looking for Roommate 2bed/2bath Apartment in Avalon Silicon Valley

Female roommate preferred for a late July move-in, 12 month lease. Some flexibility with move-in date.

• The apartment is a 2 bedroom/2 bath. You'd get the master bedroom with attached bathroom.
• Rent is currently $3600 (water & trash included), split evenly. There is a chance this may go up slightly when the lease is re-signed with a new roommate, but not by much. Electricity + other utilities are extra and split evenly.
• Pets are allowed with an extra monthly fee.
• There's a heated pool, gym, sauna, clubhouse, garages, and more.
• There is only one parking spot assigned to the apartment, but additional ones can be rented for a 25$ monthly fee.
