Looking for roommate/couple to fill 3BD Mission/Bernal Heights house

We are two women working at Stanford as researchers looking for a 3rd roommate or couple to occupy the 3rd bedroom in our 3 BD house in San Francisco. The house is located on the border of the Mission and Bernal Heights near Precita Park and is a ~12 minute bike ride to the Caltrain station. The house is also located close to the 101, 280 and 24th st. BART station. This house ROCKS, we're seriously so excited, it has a washer/dryer, dishwasher, a patio and backyard, garbage disposal, and granite counter tops. We don't have pictures right now but will be able to send you some on Sunday.

About the two of us: One of us has lived in the BA for a few years and other recently moved here in May. We're both in our early twenties and we like a balance of going out on the weekends and crying over test prep books. We're out of the house ~12 hours a day and commute down to Stanford on the Caltrain. We are friends and coworkers but have our own separate things going on as well.

What we're looking for in a roommate: We don't have a lot of expectations, we're open to any roommates and especially couples! If you're a couple interested in the room we'd discuss a fair way to break up the rent that wasn't just a 4 way split. LGBTQ friendly. We would like to keep common spaces tidy and are looking for a roommate whose interested in the same. Ideally we'll set up a casual chore wheel. If you're friendly and want to hang out, great, if you want to keep to yourself and do your own thing great to! You do you and we'll do us.
