Looking for Roommate in 2 Bedroom Apartment in Santa Clara

Hello,

I am looking for a roommate for a two bedroom apartment in Santa Clara. My current roommate is leaving since he wants to stay with his parents by February 17th. Each person has their own bedroom and bathroom. The living room, kitchen and the patio is shared. Laundry is within the apartment for convenience. Parking is free but you can request a garage for extra $50.

The rent costs $3000 for two people and with utilities it costs ~ US$ 1650 per person.

I did my PhD at Stanford University and currently work at Western Digital Corporation. I am a nice, kind roommate who is easygoing and fun. I like to keep the house clean and decent. I prefer someone who is also studying or working in the Silicon Valley.

The Estancia apartment complex is close to Levis stadium and it is a safe and peaceful neighborhood. There is a Safeway and playgrounds within 1 minutes’ drive from the apartment complex in the Rivermark Plaza which also has a bunch of other restaurants and shops.
