Looking for Roommate in San Francisco 2BR, $1400/br

I am moving out of my room in a 2BR apartment on San Francisco's Alamo Square and looking for someone to replace me. My roommate, also a recent Stanford alum, will stay in the apartment, keeping the rent controlled month-to-month lease, which at $1400 per bedroom is significantly below average for the neighborhood.

The unit will be available January 19th, but a later start is possible. One month rent deposit.

About the place:

Located on Alamo Square Park near the Painted Ladies (http://goo.gl/maps/pJJq3), with wood floors, granite countertops, and an amazing 4th floor view stretching from the Mission to the Sutro Tower. The location is right between the neighborhoods of Lower Haight, Divisadero, NOPA, and Hayes Valley, and has easy access to public transit to the rest of SF (21, 22, 24 bus) or even Berkeley or the Peninsula (F or Bart). See attached photos for an idea of the interior (different unit, same building, same decor and layout).

The exact rent would depend on which roommate takes which bedroom (one is more private). Respond if interested, and we can see if this would be a good fit for you & my roommate. Thanks!
