Looking for roommate to split lease for studio in downtown PA ($1650)

I recently found a potential property (cozy studio apartment) right in the middle of downtown Palo Alto. 15 minute walk from Stanford campus. The place has a kitchen and bathroom. We would pretty much be splitting the rent down the middle. The full monthly amount is $1650, so $825 a piece. A little bit about myself is below...

I’m a recent college graduate from Stanford who majored in Biology. Right now I’m working on campus in the medical school while applying to medical school. I’m a pretty social guy, but don’t party every weekend. Some of my major interests are dancing (hip hop for about 4 years), going out to eat, movies, concerts, and clubs in SF. My ideal roommate would be LGBT friendly, and at the very least tolerant of different lifestyles and cultures. I’m looking for a somewhat long-term housing arrangement. Minimal 6 months. My schedule is pretty routine, M-F work from 7am-6pm, dance practice three nights week in the evenings. I’m usually in bed by 11pm on the weekdays and 2am on the weekends. I'm a friendly guy who can usually get along with most normal people. My ideal roommate would be my around my age (22) plus or minus 5 years.
