Looking for roommates for a 3-bedroom apartment in Palo Alto(Jan.2018)

I am looking for two roommates for a 3-bedroom apartment. The rooms will be available starting in January 1st, 2018. The rent is $1080/month + utilities and internet, and there is a $1000 security deposit at move-in.

The location: It is located at Ventura Ave. (Palo Alto), and very convenient to university, companies (such as Facebook, Google, Tesla, etc.), transportation, groceries, and coffee shops. For instance, Starbucks, Grocery Outlet, Papa John’s Pizza, Happy Donuts, etc. are at walking-distance. Walmart, Trader Joe’s, and Safeway are only at 5-minute drive. The location is at biking-distance to the university, and there are also many bus stops close to the house.

The house: It is a 3-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, large dining area, living room, patio, bathroom, and multiple storage. There is a co-op laundry facility downstairs (it is so cheap!!). There is one parking spot assigned to this house, and you are very welcome to take this spot if you have a car. The kitchen is decorated with a refrigerator, stove-oven, coffee maker, and microwave. You will have full-access to the kitchen, and you can also bring your stuff.

Room-1: This room is really large, and has full access to the patio. It will be unfurnished/semi-furnished. At move-in, $1080/month (rent) + $1000 (security deposit). The utilities are not included to the rent.

Room-2: It is a standard size room with a wardrobe. It will be unfurnished/semi-furnished. At move-in, $1080/month (rent) + $1000 (security deposit). The utilities are not included to the rent.
