I am a 26 yrs. old Male. I graduated from Stanford recently, and am working in Palo Alto only. I am looking for One Bedroom space in a shared apartment. I shall keep the place clean and am not much into cooking. I don't smoke and keep no pets. I can assure you that I will take good care of the apartment.
I am open to signing a lease for 3 to 6 months. Month to month rents also work for me and I can pay advance as well.
