Looking for third person for beautiful Sunnyvale house

We've seen the house in person, and it's quite nice - brand new house, away from major roads, but close to Murphy street downtown. The lease will start in the beginning of September. We're two males, one working for an automotive company, the other in tech. We're both musicians, are big into doing outdoors things (cycling, climbing, lounging around at the beach), and are generally relaxed people.

We're hoping to find someone who's clean and tidy in common living areas and is sociable enough to pass the "let's get a drink" test. Please contact us if you're interested!
