We are not renting it on Airbnb now but renting it directly for year lease.
It comes fully furnished, even with a piano! All utilities and blazing gigabit 1gb/sec up/down) fiber internet is included. Includes washer /dryer, heating, AC, etc. Lots of other farming activities happening on the farm as well like many gardens, bees and chickens. There is on site parking for a few cars. It is a very quiet and safe location. Easy access to hiking and running trails and Downtown Los Altos. It is sort of biking distance to Stanford (20 minutes). Many students have stayed here and some bike to Stanford.
Preferred year lease, no smoking, and no pets.
It is primarily available now, but it is being reserved for a group class event June 24-28 so if you can work around that date, you could get in earlier but leave for a few days in the end of June. Cost is $3800/month. Deposit to reserve is $1000.
