$2,250
I am looking for a mature, female professional to share my apartment (home). I am renting an unfurnished 1 bedroom with a private bath and walk-in closet, plus access to a fully equipped kitchen and living area.
My apartment is a large, modern 2/BR, 2 bath, and is located about 3.5 miles from campus. The bedroom for rent is large, has a walk-in closet and a private bath. The design of the apartment is excellent in that each bedroom/bath is located on opposite sides and affords each person more privacy.
Rent is $2250 including utilities (internet, power, water, garbage etc.) . I prefer a long-term tenant--one year to start and renewable if the arrangement is mutually satisfying. The share is available from September 9th. I prefer someone who does not have pets.
The apartment/building has the following features:
• Hardwood-style floors
• Gated access
• Assigned, gated, parking space
• Fitness center, spa and yoga
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Heat/ and A/C
• Large kitchen - fully equipped
• Lots of shopping across the street: Trader Joe’s, Safeway, Target, Sprouts, CVS etc. and some nice fast/casual restaurants. Website: http://www.leaselosaltos.com/
About me:
• Single female over 35
• Stanford employee: I am a project manager and have worked at Stanford for 5 years now
• Quiet but social: I am busy but quiet during the week. On weekends, I get out for long hikes, cook, do shopping, dining etc.
• Occasionally, I may have a couple of people over for a nice dinner over a bottle of wine but never parties
• I am very clean and organized and would like you to treat the space with the same respect. I love my home and appreciate coming home every day to a clean, calming, beautiful space.
• I am very selective about who I am sharing my home with, and would like to meet prospective roommates before I commit to renting/sharing my home.
If this sounds like what you are looking for, shoot me an email and we can arrange for a viewing.
Cheers!
