I’m postdoc at Stanford, and with my family, we are going on holidays from Saturday April 8th to Saturday April 15th. We would like to rent our house during this entire week.
We have a charming house in Gilbert Ave (Menlo Park) with a garden. The house is ideal e.g. for a family, since we ourselves live here with our 4 daughters. The first floor, that we would like to rent, includes 3 bedrooms, a living room and dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom with restroom. All bedrooms are opening on the garden. We are sharing the house (kitchen, bathroom, garden) with a very nice and discreet person living on the second floor, were two additional rooms are located. The house is about 10-15 min away from Stanford University by bicycle, and 10 min by car.
The renting for one week is 1200 USD, to pay one month in advance. And we will also ask for 500 USD as safety deposit.
We would like to rent the house for the entire period only, and also the entire house (no renting of individual rooms).
