Lovely LOS ALTOS HOME - one bedrm -10 min to Stanford - 20 min by bike

We are a semi-retired married couple offering housing; for someone who enjoys quiet and privacy, yet likes the idea of sharing a house. It would be ideal for a graduate student, a visiting fellow, Stanford staffer, or or a working professional.

We rent three bedrooms in our house. ONE OF THESE BEDROOMS IS AVAILABLE for a female renter. This room comes with a semi-private adjacent bathroom. 

The renter will also share most of the house with us, which include the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. Also, free use of our good sized yard.

We are in a great neighborhood - less than a 5 minute walk to downtown Los Altos - we are close to Stanford - car, public transport, or bike.

We have a small, loving dog.

All utilities and wifi are included. The rent is $1350 per month with a 1 year lease.
