We are a semi-retired married couple offering housing, for someone who enjoys quiet and privacy, yet like the idea of sharing a house. It would be ideal for a graduate student, a visiting fellow, Stanford staffer, or or a working professional.

We have 2 spacious bedrooms upstairs. 

ONE OF THESE BEDROOMS IS AVAILABLE for a female renter. 

She will share exclusive use of the remaining parts of the upstairs level with another female renter. This includes one bathroom and a bright and cheerful living space. 

Both renters will also share most of the house with us, which include the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. Also, free use of our good sized yard.

We are in a great neighborhood - less than a 5 minute walk to downtown Los Altos - we are close to Stanford - car, public transport, or bike.

The rent is $1500 per month. It will be available beginning August 12. All utilities and wifi are included. 

We have a small, loving dog.
