Lovely master bedroom available for month of Jul (potential 1yr lease)

Spacious, bright, and comfortable master bedroom, with attached bathroom. Large and unfurnished, including loads of closet space. On the second floor of a 4-bedroom 2-storey apartment with a washer + dryer and full kitchen. Located in a safe, tranquil and accessible area, 10 minutes' walk from the Mountain View Caltrain and easy driving distance to Stanford + many companies in the area. Safeway is just one minute's walk away.

This listing is specifically for a 1 month stay (Jul 1st to 31st) open to one male or female occupant. However, if you are female, it can potentially lead to a 1-year lease starting August 1st, if you mesh well with my current female roommate (who is polite, friendly, and considerate!). If you end up signing the lease, the rent will increase from $1300 to $1500 (as I'm providing a discount on the sublet). Also note that there would be no absolute guarantee that you'd be put on the lease after Jul 31st; again, it depends on what my roommate thinks.

Even if you are not planning to sign a 1 year lease, my room would be perfect for persons visiting the area, or a great interim option for those searching for longer-term accommodation.
