Lovely room available end of June-July 31st - mountain view - $1340

Hello!
I'm looking for a friendly person to take over the end of my lease from the end of June-July 31st, with possibility to sign a lease for another year. If you are looking for a very friendly environment and a great house that's your place! The room costs 1340 per month + all utilities (around $100).
It is a lovely furnished house, you need to see it to appreciate it. The house is occupied with 2 young and friendly professional females (Post-doc at Stanford, 29 yrs; Social worker at VA. 29 yrs) and a small and cute dog. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathroom (you will share a bathroom with one of the ladies), 2 floors, W/D in unit, big kitchen, plenty of parking on the street and a lovely backyard. The neighborhood is very safe and the apartment complex has a pool and a hot tub. It is located in front of google and 10 min biking from Mountain View Caltrain Station (20 min drive to Stanford).
