$1,850
By February 28th, I will have moved out of my excellent Menlo Park studio apartment. The apartment is detached from the house, and a perfect place for a grad student to live. I feel safe, secure and welcome here. Randy, the owner, is awesome and an extremely responsive landlord. The family and the neighborhood are also quite nice. They're hoping for another relatively quiet Stanford grad student.
