LOW PRICE - Room at Rains for the summer

I am renting my comfortable room at Rains double occupancy apartment.

Fully stocked kitchen.

I am charging less than the regular rent ($1083) $950 per month which works out to about $32/night. But I need 2 months in advance so i can pay Stanford Housing before leaving.

Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible to sublicense.
