- $1650 per month
- Utilities not included, but home has solar panels
- June 1st start (can be somewhat flexible on move-in up until August 1st)
- Planning on signing a year-long lease
The house:
- 2-car driveway and ample street parking. No permits required.
- Brand new in-unit washer/dryer!
- Hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel/stone kitchen, super spacious backyard
- Beautiful lemon tree!
- Large 2-car garage, but used for storage + home gym. Will be moving in my treadmill for house use! :)
- Rowing machine, treadmill, and weights set up for home gym in garage!
Flatmates:
- 1 Berkeley law grad, 1 Stanford surgery resident. Gals in their late 20s with long working hours. Looking for someone to kickback with when we get time off.

- Female professionals only and long-term tenants please!

We have not claimed rooms yet, but 2 BRs have in-suite bathrooms and 2 share a large hallway bathroom. I'm personally flexible on what rooms people want. Due to social distancing, we cannot show the house but can connect you with current tenants to e-tour.
