Looking for a roommate who would take the Master bedroom and bathroom in Avalon Tower on the Peninsular.
The apartment comes with State-of-the-art fitness center with cardio and strength equipment,
swimming pool, hot tub, Complimentary package acceptance service
and BBQ area. Everything is really close (San Antonio Shopping Center) and the whole food is right in front of our tower.
The layout of the apartment has 2 bedrooms on opposite sides designed for roommates and privacy! The master bedroom side also has a balcony, walk-in closet and bathroom connected to it. Air conditioning is equipped in every room. Some nice-to-have features include: porcelain tubs, granite countertops, etc.
I think it is a pretty good deal- compared to the same price of palo alto apartment with really bad window frame and street parking.
About me: female in late 20, working for a startup on Univ. ave. (It's only 10min driving to Downtown Palo Alto) as a data scientist, drama-free, easy-going. On weeknights I am usually working. On weekends I'll be out for swimming, hiking, skiing, etc.
About you: another professional or grad student at Stanford who is friendly and respectful.
Earliest move-in date is 20th May.
