Check-In Details:

• Early check-in is available for a small fee and can be requested via our portal.
• Late check-out until 1 PM is available for a small fee and can also be requested via our portal.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability if requested at the last minute.

• We are required to collect a copy of your ID, which can be uploaded through our portal after booking.
• A doorbell camera is installed, and any attempt to host parties will result in immediate termination and legal action.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and the building.
• This reservation may be canceled if you have a violent criminal history, as our system automatically performs a background check.
