I'm subletting my furnished bedroom with shared bathroom in a Lyman 2BR apartment (bedroom includes a bed, desk, ergonomic chair, lamps, bookshelf, large closet, and drawer space).

The apartment is furnished as well. Kitchen has a 4-Burner Stove and an Oven along with a refrigerator.
The common room includes a dinner table, couch, and coffee table. Laundry is free in the building, and parking is available in a garage right next door (permit needed). Central AC, internet, and other utilities are included.

There is a lawn outside the apartment which also forms a nice and refreshing view from the bedroom window. Free bus goes from the road just outside the building to San Antonio Shopping Centre (which has Walmart, Target and many other stores)
