Lyman sublease. Summer sublet: 6/14-9/19. $960/month for 3 months.

Requirements:

• Eligible for subleasing according to Stanford housing (Or else no building access)
• Willing to rent the room for 3 months (mid-June to mid-September)

Subleasing Eligibility:
Only incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation are eligible to apply. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are not eligible.

Description:

• 2BR apartment with one bath, kitchen living room. I am subleasing my bedroom.
• Great convenient apartment close to med school and engineering quad (15 minute walk or 5 minute bike ride).
• Very close-by: Golf course, tennis court, 2 dining commons, Dish hiking trails, new gym (including nice swimming pool!)
• Locked bike shed
• Free laundry
• Fridge, oven, microwave provided
• Utilities included
• This is a male's room
• I can provide a lot of other miscellaneous stuffs (bike, rice cooker, printer etc..) if needed
• $500 cleanliness and damage deposit. Will be appropriately returned. FYI, I returned full amount to my sublicensee last year.

My situation:
I can provide the sublet from 6/14 - 9/19 for 3 months of rent. The photos (apart from the bedroom) are taken last year when I subleased my room. As you can see, I will clean up before I leave it to you. However, this year I will need to leave half of my stuffs behind on the bookshelves or in the drawers(negotiable). Therefore I lowered the rent(originally $1041/month, I am paying the extra).

I am looking for a responsible sublicensee. If you're interested, please send me a short description about you and your Stanford affiliation and we can hopefully move forward from there. Since its already end of May, I would like to get everything sort out ASAP. Thanks!
