Lyman sublet $1,041/ month

I am looking to sublet my room/ apartment at Lyman Building One: for June through September. The dates are flexible. It is $1,041 per month (that is exactly what I pay now). With a $500 deposit just in case. Fully furnished, with drawer and closet space. My house mate is awesome and easy to get along with. We are on the 4th floor, so it's a super view out onto the mountains!
