Male grad student needs a room starting this fall

Hey there! I have listed below what I'm looking for, and a little about me. Let me know if you have a room available for me, or let me know if you too are looking for housing and want to team up.

I'm looking for a place:
-With a long-term lease starting in the fall (August or September)
-Up to $800 a month (up to $950 including utilities)
-Within biking distance of Stanford (I don't have a car, so hopefully walking distance, but that may be too optimistic)
-With internet
-With laundry either in the building or nearby
-Hopefully with the basic furnishings, but I'm flexible

A little about me:
-Male (straight but very respectful and open-minded)
-22 years old
-From the Midwest
-Starting grad school at Stanford this fall
-No pets (although I am very pet-friendly)
-No smoking (I am not very smoking-friendly)
-Normal sleep schedule and will usually be at school during the day
-Usually neat and extremely respectful of common spaces, and so if I am ever a little messy, it will be confined to my bedroom
-Easy-going but very responsible with payments, cleaning duties, etc.
-Overnight guests maybe a few times a year (but very considerate)
-Quiet but happy to get to know you!
