Male Graduate looking for fall quarter housing

Hi,

I am a male graduate student and I am looking for fall quarter housing on/near campus.

I do not smoke; I am neat and tidy; I am pretty easy-going and relaxed; and I would be available to meet in person.

I am willing to pay up to 1,350 per month, and I am willing to consider shorter term.
