One bedroom opening in a 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in Mountain View. The apartment is located very close to El Camino Real (easy access to bus 22/522 to Palo Alto), and 15 to 20-minute walk/10-minute bike ride to downtown Mountain View (Castro street, Caltrain Station) and very close to Shoreline (access to Google campus).

The bedroom is partially furnished and includes a full size bed, desk, chair, dresser, book shelf, mirror, and space heater. The living room / kitchen are also furnished with lamps, chairs, and a couch.

The lease is for 1 year, starting March 1, 2018. The lease is for the single bedroom room, so you are not liable for the other roommate's share of the rent. It is $1,300 a month with a $1,300 security deposit.

The rent includes water, heater, and garbage, and excludes internet and electricity, which together run about $30-$60 a month. There is a coin washer and dryer on site which cost $1 / $1.25 per load, respectively.

Current occupant is a male Stanford grad, continuing at Stanford as a research data analyst. He is very respectful of space, personable, and an overall great roommate. Unfortunately, he won't be around this coming weekend (Feb 24-26), so depending on when you see the place you may or may not meet him. He did ask that if that is the case that you both exchange linked-in profiles.
