Manhattan December sublet

I am subleasing my room in a 3 bedroom, shared bathroom apartment in Midtown West/ Hells Kitchen from December 8 to January 5. You can stay for two weeks or the entire period and pay us $750. We are three young recent Stanford graduates living and working in Manhattan. One of the rooms will be vacant and we would like to redeem part of the the month's rent ($1,500/month) by subletting at the subsidized rate to a Stanford student or affiliate. We would prefer living with a recent Stanford graduate like us under the age of 27 who we can trust.

The place is ideal if you are briefly visiting New York over Christmas break or are in between lease agreements or moving to the city and need a temporary place while you hunt for a more permanent residence. We will require payment of a negotiable damage deposit that will be returned to you once the sublease expires.
