Massive master bedroom in Redwood City, $1300 OBO

So I sublet this room in this house b/c I'm coming to Stanford for grad school and needed to find a place to live for the year, and thought subletting would be a great way for me to see the places I was going to live in all year. However, I've already found the place I'll be living, so now I've got 2 places to pay rent for until mid-September. The room is $1450/month, but I'd be glad to take less because it will save me paying double rent. The room is the purple bedroom (all the rooms in the house were up for sublet, and are all different colors):
