It's located on Laurel St, near downtown Menlo Park, Trader Joe's, etc. and is only a 5 min walking distance to the Menlo Park Caltrain Station and Marguerite shuttle (BOH). Bus lines that run along El Camino are only a few blocks away and there are bicycle paths all around.
About the room:
The master bedroom for rent is 14 x15' with a large closet. It is partly furnished with 2 night stands, 1 big dresser, 1 table, and 1 bookshelf.
Shared bathroom and full kitchen privilege. The laundry room is just a few steps away, and at no extra charge. A parking spot is also provided.
The living room is well furnished with a dinner table, couch and TV. There is no need to bring additional furniture for the common areas.
About you:
Looking for a no-drama roommate (prefer female), ideally Stanford affiliates, students, postdocs or working professionals, and wants a quiet and relaxing place to call home. You must have good credit history and pay bills on time. Someone who keeps the common areas clean, respectful, is into a healthy lifestyle would be ideal. Looking for one roommate only. An occasional guest is OK with advanced notice.
The rent is $1100/month (including utilities + wifi) and the deposit is one month's rent. 6 month lease and then month by month.
