Master Bedroom - Amazing 4BD3BATH House in Palo Alto

I have a room in a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 1-story house in Palo Alto on Park Blvd (closer to Alma St but sits in neighborhood between Alma and El Camino Road) and in a great location for getting to downtown Palo Alto/Stanford. It is biking distance to Stanford University.
The room is open for move-in the weekend of Saturday, September 19.
I am looking for someone to rent for a full year.

The room available is a huge master bedroom and can fit either a king or queen bed with room to spare (space wise can probably fit 5 queen beds). There is a BIG walk-in closet in the room and a private shower bath although the ensuite bathroom also connected to through a door to the living room so toilet is general for any guests over.
The bedroom is unfurnished.

This modern house is newly renovated with new, hardwood floors and is a spacious 2000 sq ft. It has 2 master bedrooms.
There is a sizable living room and dining room area with an open floor plan and nice natural light.
There is also a contemporary kitchen with all new, stainless steel appliances.
The bathrooms are also all newly done with new showers, sinks, etc.

-The huge living room and dining room are already furnished with beautiful furniture
-Newish 6-month old furniture of huge round dining table, L-shaped large couch, 60-inch tv and 3 bar stools
-Contemporary kitchen and new appliances (fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave) with newly installed granite countertops
-No through-street traffic with ample driveway and neighborhood street parking in front of the house
-New washer/dryer in the house
-A/C and heater
-Price includes free monthly maid in bathroom/kitchen/common areas/room floors
-Price includes landscaping of the house
-Cost of $1800 includes rent, furnished house (except bedroom) and maid service once a month
-Additional costs include utilities ($35-50/person a month), super high-speed Internet ($12/person a month) separate, and another maid service a month as needed if house gets really dirty before the maid comes the next month (~$25 a month)

Location is pretty central, especially those looking to go to Stanford and downtown Palo Alto. Not far from grocery store, Starbucks, and a few restaurants on El Camino and Alma.
10-20min bike ride to Stanford campus down El Camino depending on where on campus you are going.

I am the roommate and am a laid back, generally busy, professional girl in my late 20s. I went to Harvard undergraduate and work in private equity/finance, investing in tech companies. The other 2 roommates are a junior professors at Stanford in Political Science and a professional working at Palantir. We are still looking to fill this 1 master-bedroom room with own shower and large closet.
I am looking for another professional/grad student, non-smoking roommate who is ideally laid-back and clean in common spaces.
Sorry, no pets and no live-in partners.
