Master bedroom and private bath in spacious 2 bed 2 bath-Palo Alto

Hi Everybody,
I am moving out of my current apartment in mid April and I am looking for someone to move in.
The apartment has 2 bedroom and 2 baths, and you will have a master bedroom with en-suite private bathroom. The bedroom is fully furnished and it includes a very large closet with mirror doors, bed, 3 nightstands. There is also a desk and a comfy office chair that I bought.

You will be sharing the apartment with a girl in her late 20s. She is pretty easy-going, likes to work out and relaxing in the common areas in the evenings.
We have a big kitchen and living room with a comfy sofa, and 2 big armchairs, where we like to relax after a long day of work and watch some TV, or read a book.
The apartment is located within a complex, which has a small gym area, a pool and a Jacuzzi outside! The whole complex is very quiet.

The rent would be 1600$ per month + utilities, which are usually less than 100$ per month! Deposit will be 1000$.
The apartment is located in West Bayshore Road, and it's an easy commute by bike to Stanford, or easily get on the 101. There is also a local supermarket 5-10 min away, which opened up in the last month.
