Come share a beautiful 4 bedroom/2 bath/ 2 story house located in the heart of the peninsula. Located just moments from 101, 280, El Camino, and CalTrain, you can effortlessly navigate the entire Bay Area quickly and efficiently.

We’re located within walking distance of Safeway, Starbucks, Chuck’s Donuts, and several eateries, (including awesome Taquerias, Thai food and more!) that allow for a quick stop or a nice extended stroll. Within a 5 minute drive of Costco, Sequoia Station (CalTrain), Barnes & Noble, Jamba Juice, Target, and much more! If you’re a student or need to get to Stanford, who needs a car, when you can bike it!

The house features beautiful hardwood flooring throughout the complex; separate dining and living rooms (with big screen television and fireplace); an expansive kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, washing machine, great counter space, and tons of cabinets; onsite, large capacity washer and dryer (no more saving up quarters for coin operated machines!); a large patio (great for summer time grilling); ample storage opportunities; and a drive way with parking for four (plus additional roadside space).

The 12’x17’ downstairs bedroom provides plenty of space to spread out and relax without feeling cramped; great natural lighting with 2 large blinded windows; amazing built in closet space with shelving; cable and Ethernet hookups (as well as wireless internet throughout the house); and a high degree of privacy being the sole bedroom on the ground floor with adjacent entry/exit. There is a queen sized bed available to have if needed! If not, it can be removed.

Utilities are partially included (water, garbage/recycling, and professional gardening to keep things looking nice year round without all of the effort). We still pay for PG&E and Comcast services (usually around $50 a month for the majority of the year).

Who we are: 3 relaxed, responsible, clean, non-smoking, young professionals leading busy lives but who appreciate the small things.
