Master bedroom available - Downtown Sunnyvale

Available starting July 2017. Must be looking to move in between July 2017 - September 2017 and commit to a year lease.

We are looking for a fourth roommate to take the large master bedroom (private bath/balcony) in our amazing 2300 sq ft, 4bd/2.5ba, two-story townhouse with 2 car garage and sun deck. We are in a great location: 5 min walk to DT Sunnyvale, 10 min walk to Sunnyvale Caltrain, easy access to 280, 237 and 101. Plenty of great restaurants nearby. Target, Safeway, Sprouts and Trader Joe's all within walking distance or a short drive. Rent is $1650 and utilities are about $65/month. Security deposit is $1175.

You will be living with 3 other females in their 20's, 2 are working professionals in the Bay Area and the 3rd is a PhD student at Stanford. We are all chill, respectful, and clean and are looking for a fourth roommate, preferably female, who is the same.
