Master Bedroom Available in Menlo Park Apartment

The Master Bedroom in our 3B/2Ba will be available in Jan/Feb (flexible) and we're looking for a new roommate!

The apartment is located near the El Camino Safeway and is within walking distance of downtown Menlo Park, Trader Joes, the Caltrain Station, and Stanford. The complex is a little older, but fairly affordable for the area and the neighborhood is really safe for walking / exercising! The complex has coin operated laundry, and there is no parking in the complex itself, but there is convenient parking nearby in a local park. The location is also ideal for biking to Stanford and the current occupant is car-free and loving it! The current occupant is also interested in selling some of her furnishings if you're interested.

The room available is spacious with two windows on the ground floor with its own private bathroom. Common spaces include a small side-yard, front porch and garden, kitchen, and common room with a table and various couches. Dishes and cooking equipment are all shared between roommates, and we have a fairly impressive collection for busy people who eat in lab far too much.

The roommates are one female graduate student and one female professional both with backgrounds in neuroscience. We also have two cats, so an ideal roommate will be cat friendly, with no allergies. Unfortunately we can't accomodate any more pets since the kitties are quite territorial and we're not sure if they would get along well with a strange animal! We're both friendly and have fairly busy schedules. A typical evening at our house involves cooking, watching Netflix, and video-gaming; we support partying, but like to keep the house a quiet home base for returning from more crazy activities.
