We are looking for a new female housemate for our amazing townhouse in Mountain View. The master bedroom is available now, and the other smaller room will be available from Aug 1 (we posted it separately).
The home is conveniently located between many companies like Google, LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Intuit and downtown Mountain View. There is a Safeway, restaurants, and other shops within a 0.5 mile radius.
The room:
- This is a pleasant and private master bedroom with lots of natural light.
- It has a large attached bathroom with two sinks
- It has two walk-in closets.
- It has a balcony
- The previous housemate left some furniture like a bed, beddings, lamp, side table, etc. You can buy them from her, but If you don’t want them, we can remove them.
About the house:
- Serene and beautifully landscaped front and back yard with lots of trees and flowers.
- A/C and the heater work very well
- The living room, kitchen and 0.5 bathroom, and the wine cellar are on the 1st floor.
- Four rooms are on the 2nd floor
- The living room is fully furnished with big sofas, table, TV, etc.
- The kitchen is fully equipped, with a large dining table, refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, plates, utensils, etc.
- The house has a washer/dryer in the unit.
- The house has a garage for 2 cars
- 1st floor is Hardwood Floor
About the roommates:
Three female working professionals in their late-twenties and mid-thirties. We are a lecturer at Stanford University, a Stanford graduate alum working at a consultant firm, UX designer(Bit because of Covid19, she’s currently staying in Canada and is not planning to come back until everything is back to normal) We are generally chill, easy-going and clean.
Price:
- $1750/month
- Refundable deposit for 1-month rent
- Utilities(Internet, gas, elasticities, water & sewer) are not included. Usually $80-100 per person
- 1 year contract (Aug 2020~July 2021, since the previous roommate moved out before her contract because of the Visa issues, the room is available now though)
