Master Bedroom & Bath in 6 BR Home Bordering Atherton/Woodside $1395

Hello!

We are 5 Stanford Female Alumi, working professionals, super friendly and fun who are looking to replace one of our dear roommates who is moving out of the country for a great job in Australia.

Here's the scoop on...

Where we live: The house is a beautiful 6 bedroom, 3.5 bath home in a family neighborhood with a small backyard and a bonus studio in the back that we use for working out, storage, and as occasional guest space. Our neighbors are elderly folks with great senses of humor and community. They ALWAYS say hi when we are outside and want to stop and have a conversation. It's really sweet. It's a safe and quiet neighborhood. We have a long drive way that fits two cars. We have plenty of street parking and it is completely free. Our street is one way and off of Woodside Road. We are about 4 miles from the Stanford campus, a bike-able distance if you're in good health.

The space that is available: Is the HUGE master bedroom on the second floor. Complete with a fireplace, high ceilings, and lots of light and windows. The bathroom is like another room-- it has a big bathtub, shower, double sinks, walk in closet, and another closet! You really have to see it to know how beautiful it is. The rent for the room and bathroom is $1395/month plus utilities.

Who we are: Five happy, smart, and social 23 and 25 year old women. We all work full time. We like to hang out, cook dinner, and watch TV in the evenings (our favorite show is the Bachelor/Bachelorette!) We have an occasional social gathering (a few friends over for a board game, a small Halloween party, a group of friends over after a football victory). We all drink moderately and socially, but it's not a huge focus of the house. We don't do drugs. We love animals and have one French Bulldog named Franklin who is a little lover. We like living with each other and are very respectful of our home. We are clean and have a roomie monthly chore chart. :)

Who we are looking for: Someone who will love living with us. We have a communal house but there is plently of space that we each have our privacy. We have a preference for a female but would also be open to an awesome male roommate. Send us an email, let us know a little about yourself and we can go from there! The room is available starting Feb 1, 2013 and the rent is $1395 plus utilities. There may be some flexibility to move in a few days earlier than that. Looking forward to hearing from you!
