Master bedroom/bath in nice house with two friendly tech professionals

Hi everyone, we are two friendly tech professionals in a modern house with a master bedroom available starting on May 1st. The lease is for one year.

The room is about 16' x 17' and has its own bathroom with a spacious walk-in closet (pics of the room and bathroom will be added soon).

The house has 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths and is just off highway 101 on the border of Palo Alto and East Palo Alto. The neighborhood is called University Square, has its own park, and is walking distance to Home Depot, Ikea, Starbucks, and Jamba Juice. It's about a ten-minute drive to Facebook, Google, and downtown Palo Alto.

-Mark is a tech entrepreneur, studied neuroscience at Stanford, and likes squash, yoga, and games.

-Hari works as an engineer and marketing manager at an Internet of Things startup and likes dancing, yoga, and photography.

-Wyatt is a siberian husky and likes people, running, jumping over other dogs, and nuzzling.

Sorry, no smoking or drugs. Couples and additional pets will be considered. Sleepover guests are fine. We are all busy but like to hang out when we are around.

First month's rent + $500 security deposit required for move-in. Utilities are about $100/person/month and include house cleaning of shared spaces, high-speed internet, HD cable, electric, water, garbage collection, and gardener service.
