I live in a 2bed/2bath apartment in SF, near the Caltrain.
The complex is called Bayside Village (http://www.baysidevillage.com/) with lots of amenities like gym, pools, etc.

The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is available as of 2/15. My roommate moves out the day before.
Rent: $2,050 + ~$50 water/sewer/pg&e

I'm a PhD student in Education, 33, female. Living room and balcony furniture are all mine, though I'm open to adding/replacing items.
