We're going to start showing the place next week (week of July 8th)

The master bedroom is opening up on August 1st in this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, multi-story townhouse in Menlo Park (Sharon Heights). We are looking for someone (female preferred) who could sign on for the full year lease Aug 1st, 2019-July 31st, 2020

Room opening:

1. Master bedroom ($1650/mo), which has a large closet, it's own balcony & a full private bathroom
   (Please note the landlord only allows 1 person/room, no couples)

1. 1/2 mile from Stanford (past tenants who studied/worked on campus didn’t need a car)
2. Has a CVS, Starbucks, and 24/7 Safeway within a 5 minute walk!
3. Updated kitchen appliances + fully stocked & furnished kitchen

Who you'd be moving in with:
Two females, both Stanford grads in their mid 20s who are laid back & quiet people. We live busy lives and work nearby. We tend to be in and out of the house a lot, but absolutely love a laid back evening or weekend together with wine & a some good board games :) We love exercise, baked goods, and are dog-lovers (sadly no pets allowed in the unit though!)
