Master bedroom for rent in a 2B/2Ba apt in Sunnyvale, $1400/month

My roommate is moving out with her bf, so there's the master bedroom (you have your own bathroom!) available around August 15th

It's a 2B/2Ba apartment, in Sunnyvale, Mary Ave and Central Expressway, 2nd floor, has balcony.

1. The location is very convenient, it's right across the Sunnyvale Apple Campus, super close to Google Campus and LinkedIn and lots other companies

3. Washer and Dryer are in Unit, super convenient!!

4. I'm a female, working at a startup, and I'm looking for a roommate who's responsible, clean, and pay rent on time.

5. The master bedroom is $1400/month, my roommate and I share the electricity and water/garbage/sewer, and wifi, so there's additional utility fee each month (usually < $100 per person). It's month to month, but preferably if you can stay more than 6 months.

6. I'm clean, I vacuum the apartment a lot and do my dishes everytime I use the kitchen, I pay rent online. I keep quiet at night, and I don't bring ppl home either.
