$925
We are looking for two people to share a large master bedroom with private bath in a 3 BR apartment located close to downtown Mountain View/Castro Street.
THE ROOM
The master bedroom is spacious and easily fits two twin beds with plenty of extra room. Includes a large closet and a private in-suite bathroom. It's perfect for two friends trying to save a little money!
THE APARTMENT
You'll be living in a 3 bedroom apartment located in the Central Park at Whisman Station apartment complex, close to downtown Mountain View. It's an easy walk/bike, and there's also a VTA light rail station nearby.
Amenities include:
-In-unit washer/dryer (free, yay!)
-Furnished kitchen and living room with large flat-screen TV (including an Apple TV for streaming anything you desire!)
-Two pools (one just outside the front door) and a hot tub
-Access to a small gym with cardio equipment and weights
-Valet trash service (we can explain, it's REALLY cool)
-Easy parking (one reserved spot for the apartment and plenty of empty ones up for grab)
-Easy transit access (walking distance to light rail and Caltrain, and super close to lots of freeways - 85, 237 and 101)
YOUR ROOMMATES
You'll be sharing the apartment with two roommates - one male and one female. We are recent Stanford grads both working in the area. We're social with each other and often in the living room or kitchen when we're home. While we don't have huge parties or anything, we do invite friends over for weekly viewings of our favorite TV shows. You're always welcome to have a glass of wine and join us, but we won't be offended if you don't like The Bachelor (that can change).
RENT AND STUFF
-Rent is $925 per person, plus utilities/Internet.
-The room will be available July 18.
-This is not meant to be a summer sublet - we'd like you to stay for a year or close to that.
-We'd prefer two people who know each other to apply together - we're not matchmakers.
