We are looking for a roommate in a three-bedroom/two-bathroom apartment in Palo Alto CA, just off University Ave. The flat has a spacious living room and kitchen (we both love cooking!), and a beautiful patio. The vacant room is the master bedroom, has a private bathroom and direct access to the patio.
The flat is very conveniently located. Downtown Palo Alto shops and restaurants are just around the corner, and we are a 10 minute bike ride from Stanford.
-Rent is $1800 per month (pro-rated).
-Utilities are around $50-70 a month including high-speed internet, trash, electricity, gas, etc.
-We are looking for a person to move in on Oct 1.
-There is no furniture in the room, but the common space is fully furnished.
-You will be added to the apartment lease. You will have to fill out all the paperwork and submit it to us before you move in.
