The house:
It's located on a quiet residential street with a park/dog park two blocks away. Walking distance to downtown Menlo Park, Caltrain station, and (biking distance) to Stanford. The house features a large living room, kitchen (2 large fridges), and a sunny backyard. Ample parking (street and stack driveway).

The room:
Bedroom is very spacious with its own bathroom including shower.
The bedroom itself is 280sq feet.

Housemates:
We all work at Stanford-- 2 post-docs (A-Male and O-Male) and 1 researcher/lab manager (A-Female). We have a fun and easy going vibe and enjoy chatting in the kitchen or living room with an occasional hangout for happy hour or excursion.

Utilities and security deposit:
We split utilities evenly among the house which comes out to ~100-150/month each, but can vary per month based on use. Wifi is an additional 20/month.
A security deposit(one month's rent) and first month's rent required.
